Identify systematic metering uncertainties and provide corrective measures.

Update and maintain Practices, Design/Implementation Regulations and ensure alignment with International Standards.

To be a consultant on metering discrepancy reports whenever a measurement that is integral to the calculation of a fiscal quantity cannot be validated.

Provide consultancy and assistance on the resolution of metering issues and audit actions.

Actively participates in FDS of new and upgrade of systems & identifies deficiencies, ensures all documentation is furnished.

Lead engineering studies on metering equipment, including operational performance analysis.

Provide advanced support and supervision to validation and calibration tasks

Close interaction with Senior Metering Engineer and product allocation team

Regular meetings with Metering Staff and Contractors.

Member and participant in cross-organisational Measurement Team.

Occasional meetings with similar organisations like RasGas.

Should be a very good team player with proven technical competence, extensively interacts with within and outside the Company, maintaining an extra-corporate network of technical contacts

Ensure all measurement equipments, procedures and test equipment meet fiscal requirements. Competent with the application of metering discrepancy procedures, identifying and reducing metering uncertainties and providing overall meter uncertainty statements.
