Applications Engineer Cheshire Salary 20-25 (negotiable for the right candidate).

Our client is looking for an applications engineer to work in a diverse role with a primary focus on the design and engineering of specialised explosion proof and intrinsically safe systems. The role also involves dealing directly with customers.

Other Duties include

Preparation of quotations for systems and solutions.
Preparation of drawings using CAD & 3D CAD and preparing project specifications.
Design of enclosures, electrical systems or assemblies to R&D department specifications.
Planning of product and systems manufacture.
Technical support, commissioning and test.

Candidates Attributes

You will be a career minded person who has experience in electrical and or electronic design.
You will be proficient user of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, Solidworks experience is a distinct advantage, however training will be provided.
Experience of Intrinsically Safe and Explosion Proof equipment is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

Salary - Competitive and negotiable based on experience. 20-25K
