My client is looking for a Business Analyst who has previous experience of working in a central government department.

Experience in the following is essential

Evidence of how to gather, analyse, evaluate and communicate accurate summary information to stakeholders and senior management
Substantial experience of assessing the quality of IT solutions, ensuring necessary improvements are delivered, and that issues arising are proactively managed and dealt with.
Sound knowledge of the IT development lifecycle and the role of UAT and Model Office within that lifecycle.
Proven ability to manage expectations of multiple business stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcome.
Ability to impact, size and scope design plans based on business requirements provided.
Strong people management skills, with evidence of dealing with difficult and challenging personnel issues.
Proven ability to deliver key objectives under pressure.

Working closely with the Business on the design, development and delivery of process and procedures for processes. This will include:
o High level design
o Functional design
o Development of procedures, guidance and operational support material
o Request for live model office services
Undertake the maintenance of processes within the Agency Modelling Tool

Ideally all candidates must have the Prince 2 and ISEB qualification.
