Five years experience of business analysis within a development environment. Experience in NHS Health arena
Significant customer management experience
1.It is essential that the post holder must have a full knowledge of the Bowel Cancer Screening system (BCSS) both at Hub and Screening Centre level. A minimum of 2 years experience is required.
2.Experience in dealing with Customers at Senior Management level
-Proven analytical skills in a number of IT disciplines
-Self motivated, to be able to work unsupervised and away from the office
-The ability to create a full and detailed system specification based on requirements both written and verbal to enable a) the Customer to accept and signoff the specification and b) the project team to develop software 'to specifications'
-The ability to extract essential detail when knowledge of the subject matter is limited
-Ability to travel nationally

Desirable Competencies
1.Experience of process modelling and requirements specification using UML
2.A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
3.Presentation skills (small audience)
4.Proven skills in facilitating meetings and running requirements gathering workshops
