CE&I Project Engineer - St Helen's - Permanent - 36-42,000 per annum

Our client is currently on the lookout for an Electrical/Instrument Engineer with knowledge of controls and automation to work on nuclear based projects. The successful candidate will handle a variety of projects ranging in value from 5k up 1m some of which are build to print others are complete design, build and installation packages starting with general customer specifications. Experience in designing and building distribution boards, MCCs, control panels, general instrumentation and cabling systems is essential. Also the candidate should have an understanding of the design and implementation of PLC and SCADA control systems. It would also be beneficial if the candidate were to have previous management experience and the ability to work closely with clients to achieve best design solutions.

The client is ideally looking for an engineer with a minimum of a HND and nuclear experience, but this is not essential. As stated this is a permanent position and will be paying a salary of around 40,000 plus benefits.
