Process Specialist / Process Engineer / Process Consultant

This role resides within a new division in the company aimed at growing business in the midstream (LNG, GTL) and upstream sectors of oil and gas. The successful candidate will be a driving force in this growing business area.

You will be required to execute and provide technical and supervisory support to all projects in the group project portfolio. You will be involved in conceptual studies, optimisation work and FEED as part of a large team or as the lead of a smaller team. You will be working closely with customers to understand their needs and produce designs and services to meet these needs. You will provide technical support to business winning activities as required, as well as coaching and mentoring less experienced staff.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of process engineering in either the midstream or upstream sectors of the oil and gas industry: specifically this should include the execution of conceptual studies, optimisation work and front end engineering design. All applicants must hold a minimum Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering (Chartered status will be an advantage). You must possess the skills to manage your own work, and the work of others, have excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, and have good customer focus and cost awareness.
