An experienced Project Manager is needed for a 12 Million project in Staffordshire. The project consists of a new build, fast track, steel-framed warehouse / distribution centre. Experience of working on similar projects and to tight deadlines is a must.

The company is based in Solihull and operate within a 40 mile radius so projects are mostly local to the West Midlands. They spend a lot of money on training and investment in their own staff and are keen to attract the best construction professionals in the region. Much of their work is in the manufacturing and distribution sector around 60% - with the remainder consisting of apartments, offices and education projects.

They are one of the most long established brands in the industry with a history spanning over 100 years and a network of offices covering the UK and Republic of Ireland. Much of their work is repeat business which is proof of the quality product and service they provide.
