Manage the multi level planning for the Customer Strategy Team, co-ordinating all parts of the team together to ensure robust and continuous review of plans. Co-ordinate key sign off points for multiple projects to maximise opportunities of Directorate meetings. Strong planning skills, particularly medium and short term planning. Ability to understand impact of short term activity on long term plans.
Communication skills, in particular adapting style to audience
Strategic application, ensuring activity meets objectives. Experience of development and use of customer strategies (background in marketing or strategic customer development, particularly partnership working). Practical delivery skills ensuring all work is focused on a tangible goal. Understanding the imperative of ensuring the audience is at the heart of all activity. Understanding customer insight needs in terms of forecasting customer behaviour and subsequent business demand.
