Tasks will invovle: The technical and commercial analysis of project documents during the development phase to determine compliance with project objectives and to identify the material technical risks for further discussion with sponsors and lenders. Writing technical due diligence reports. Site visits during both the construction and operations phases and reporting to lenders. Liaison with other technical consultants based in the United Kingdom and USA. As well as having the appropriate technical experience candidates must also demonstrate their ability to write technical reports in English, have good verbal communication skills in English and the ability to work as part of an integrated team.
