Site Manager is required for a new build contractor based in Staffordshire. They undertake a diverse range of projects including traditional and Design & Build projects. They operate within the public and private sector undertaking contracts including residential, industrial, commercial, health and education with projects ranging in value between 500,000 and 5 Million. Based out of their office in South Staffordshire they operate across the West Midlands region.

Owing to their expansion they require an additional Site Manager to join their successful business. As Site Manager you should have a proven track record with a main contractor undertaking projects of a similar size and nature. They have forthcoming projects due to commence in Coventry, Stoke-on-Trent and Bromsgrove.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that was established only 5 years ago but has grown consistently and has a forward order book of 20 Million secured for 2008. As a new company this means excellent potential for career progression coupled with a distinct opportunity to be part of the management team and decision making process.
