Our client a leading Oil and Gas major based in Qatar is currently looking for an individual with the following skills.
Professional experience in Competence and Performance Management, the successful candidate for this role will join in order to:
Build strong working relationships with each business line within the company, in order to drive the initiative to standardise, bring business focus to the competence and performance management system and ensure it is embraced by all parts of the company, delivering tanglible business improvement. This will involve managing a team that will complete the definition of all job competence profiles, across all Groups, working with SMEs in each area. Manage company staff engagement and communication to drive implementation of assessment of employees against job competence profiles to assess development gaps. It involves working closely with other Learning & Development Divisions to ensure the provision of �fit-for-purpose� training interventions to address identified needs.
