Directly assist the Maintenance Superintendent in the following;
Ensuring that offshore maintenance activity maintains the technical integrity of the facility and adhere to statutory classification and safety requirements.
Involvement in daily maintenance activities and supervision and has direct input into the 14 & 90 day maintenance plan.
365 day look ahead is required for maintenance planning
Manage and motivate a team of Technicians to maintain the highest safety performance.
Promotes and encourages a team that doesn�t tolerate any outstanding safety critical PM�s. In accordance with Maintenance Philosophy.
Responsible for a team of multi-disciplined personnel as well as occasional subcontract personnel.
Assist Marine Maintenance Supervisor as required with service, maintenance and repair of topside/process equipment
Team members are equipped to fulfil all HSE requirements.
Responsible for meeting the Opex budget as described in the annual business plan.
Takes an active role in checking Opex expenditure and raising awareness of Opex responsibilities with team members.
Responsible for completing on time all maintenance related safety and audit action items allocated to the maintenance department.
Provide on site training to maintenance and operations personnel.
Operations and maintenance specific:
� Prepare spread sheets for operations daily logs.
