A Port Operations Manager is required for a position in Liberia working on a Iron Ore Mining project.

The Port Maintenance manager is responsible for the following:

� Perform regular port inspections and related equipment maintenance.
� Supervise construction and ensure achievement of various operational targets.
� Deliver operational excellence through continuous review and improvement.
� Manage local and expat workforce and ensure safe working conditions.
� Monitor actual performance data and gather information for reporting.
� Provide and support training to ensure competencies of personnel are met.
� Assign, monitor, and evaluate workflow at the port including loading/unloading.
� Oversee staff compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies/procedures.
