The Project Engineer Civil supports the Project Management Team (PMT) during the detailed engineering, construction and commissioning phases of the Project.

a. Support the Engineering Manager tin coordinating/communicating various issues that affect the civil engineering design, safety, and regulatory compliance of the work.

b. Facilitate and coordinate all civil engineering technical work products, is responsible for technical input on facilities sharing/allocation issues.

c. Evaluate / comment work performed by the Contractor and sub-contractors to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, COMPANY standards, and regulatory requirements. Includes review of civil design drawings, documents, and specifications.

d. Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to project procedures and maintains Deviation Control Log.

e. Steward civil engineering queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests.

f. Contributes to the development all of Project Report and protocols to ensure a successful GATE compliance review.

g. Keep Engineering Manager informed of civil engineering progress, deviations, and execution concerns.

h. Participate in civil engineering reviews at Contractor's and subcontractor's locations.

i. In collaboration with the Engineering Manager, gain alignment with the PMT on project engineering needs, objectives, and requirements:

j. Coordinate owner and PMT civil engineering portions of design reviews to minimize disruption of the contractor's work.

k. Assist the Engineering Manager in stewarding the EPC contractor's activities with respect to civil engineering execution
