Years of Experience:

�h Responsible for the development, implementation and administration of the Project quality programs on behalf of the company��s senior on-site manager
�h Provide initiatives to maintain quality awareness at an optimum level consistent with the company��s quality objectives
�h Maintain current knowledge and act as liaison with 3rd party agencies such as ASME, AISC etc wit respect to quality issues
�h Identify and evaluate quality risks that may have an impact on the project and implement appropriate mitigation actions
�h Develop and administer the Site Specific Quality Plan incorporating company quality requirements and all applicable client rules and regulations
�h Develop project quality goals, measures and communicate progress toward those goals. Initiate quality process improvements
�h Conduct and document quality audits and inspections to monitor the effectiveness of the project quality plan, make recommendations for appropriate corrective actions
�h Responsible for investigating and analyzing root causes and develop recommendations for corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences
�h Evaluate Quality Programs and products of suppliers and subcontractors
�h Develop and administer the project quality recognition program
�h Provide support and guidance for the personal and professional development of personnel
�h Act as liaison with client in respect to all quality issues
�h Identify and develop inspection subcontractors to support the quality efforts
�h Participate during the subcontractor selection process and monitor subcontractor quality performance
�h Review design documents for quality considerations
�h Design, develop and deliver QA/QC skills training sessions based on needs assessment

Qualifications: Bachelor degree with 10 years working experience in Quality control, preferably in international engineering company, experience in petrochemical or Pharmaceutical project
