NES provides engineering services and specialist staff support solutions from our regional bases within Asia and have done since 1997; these are based in Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia and Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia.
NES have the ability to provide Western expatriates, Asian expatriates and in-country locals. In some countries, international manpower becomes essential for the project to be completed on time and within budget. It is here that NES have the ability, resources and knowledge to migrate the necessary international technical expertise onto your project.
NES can work on a “direct recruitment” basis, whereby the individual engineer is migrated onto your own payroll and NES only work as a co-ordinator and an introducery.
But increasingly, a preferred employment option for existing NES clients, is our “Project Recruitment” package, comprising of identification and interview support, visa and employment pass processing, document notarization, mobilization, in-country accommodation, medical and local transportation, this is linked with a full payroll facility locally in country, so as local taxation and local insurance payments are met and paid to the relevant authorities.
Whilst possessing extensive experience at sourcing personnel internationally, NES is experienced at providing an in-country recruitment service – meaning, for example: that we can supply HK Contractors for HK Jobs, Singaporeans into Singapore and Malaysians for Malaysian contracts.
Much of our business has been built on the solid foundations of sourcing local personnel for local work, and it has been this that also allows us to provide personnel for projects throughout Mainland China.
