NES is committed to maintaining the best possible security and confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

When you submit your curriculum vitae ("CV") and Personal Details to the NES group of companies we will store the information normally found on a CV, such as name, address, education, employment history and any other details which we consider relevant to assist you in your quest to find work.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 you, the data subject, can ask for view all documentation we hold at any time. NES reserves the right to charge the sum of £10 for this request.

Who sees your Personal Details?

Your personal details and CV are used by our consultants to find you either contract or permanent work. Only authorised NES employees have access to this data.

NES does not sell or pass your personal details to any third party who may use that information to try and sell you goods or services.

By registering with NES and supplying your CV you intend NES to submit your CV to clients for the purpose of securing you a contract or permanent position. If NES wishes to send your CV and personal details to a client or any third party regarding a contract, NES will contact you first to obtain your permission prior to sending your CV. However, if we have been unable to contact you, there may be circumstances when, in your best interests, a CV will be submitted to a client or third party for their consideration.

We may disclose personal information, if required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary, to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of NES, the site or its visitors.

NES is an international organisation and therefore as part of the services offered to you through our site, any information provided to us may be transferred to countries outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). For example some of our consultants that are based outside of the EEA may access your personal information, or sometimes a prospective employer is located in a country outside of the EEA. NES's overseas offices are located in the Far East, Middle East and USA. These countries may not have similar data protection laws to the EEA. However, we take steps to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected.
