Increasing numbers of visitors to the web pages of recruitment agency web sites clearly demonstrates their growing value to job seekers, according to specialist technical and engineering recruitment firm, NES.
The company, which has just recorded its three-millionth web page view this year, has cited extensive career management advice as well as improvements in the accuracy of job search results, as reasons that job seekers rely more readily on the services of recruitment agencies to provide them with support during the course of their careers.
“Niche agencies such as NES can offer industry-specific advice to their candidates,” says Matthew Cody, marketing director at NES. “Not everyone is prepared to pick up the phone and ask for this type of advice, but they are comfortable with accessing information online,” he continues.
“Having recognised this increasing activity, we have continued to develop additional content for our site in preparation for greater visitor traffic, as we increase our presence within the industries and sectors we support,” Matthew concludes.
